Founder

Romain is a certified leadership coach (PCC), trainer, and consultant. He is also an engineer who has spent over a decade in top management positions across Asia, focusing on improving the performance of teams under his management and supporting others in doing so. Naturally positive and curious, he strongly believes in the power of consolidating Western and Eastern practices.
