Founder & Co-CEO

Before becoming a coach and consultant, Romain spent nearly a decade leading large teams and complex manufacturing operations in Asia. During these years, his focus was on connecting operational excellence with healthy leadership and employee engagement to drive performance.

In 2020, he founded Ween Consulting to help international organizations in Vietnam address the very concrete challenges they face in leadership, team dynamics, and culture.

Today, Romain works as a certified executive coach (PCC), leadership trainer, and organizational development consultant.
