Founder & Co-CEO

Romain is a French engineer with over a decade leading operations and teams at a senior level in Southeast Asia. He’s driven by one belief: great leadership and employee engagement are among the most effective ways to improve performance. In 2020, he founded Ween to help managers and teams thrive in constantly evolving and uncertain environments. Romain is a certified leadership coach (PCC), trainer, and consultant.

Quynh Huong has navigated through many professional pathways, from art and fashion to wellness and NGOs. She loves connecting great minds that think outside the box.
